In the course of your business with DAVCAD it may be necessary for you to disclose information relating to your business. All of the information that is disclosed is considered proprietary and confidential.

Any information submitted to DAVCAD in the course of performing CAD related services for your organisation will not be disclosed in any manner to any third party, for any reason unless with your prior permission.

Ownership

All tangible information including but not limited to; sketches, studies, designs, drawings, models, trade secrets, confidential information, customer relationships, special skills and photographs created in the course of business will remain the property of the client organisation.
